We had worked with Bob Lindsey for the past 15 + years. We have purchased 8-9 vehicles/ paid cash in this time. Also used BL for service. A couple/ 3 weeks ago, we had our CRV in for repairs for the 1st time since the transition from Bob Lindsey to Victory. At that time, I was not aware about the change in ownership, When one of my employees went to pick it up, he was told our BL account was closed, and we had to make payment in full before taking the vehicle. My employee called me, and I talked to a lady at the service counter (not sure of her name) and explained I was not aware of the ownership change and I asked her if I could call a credit card in for payment, once I got back to my office. She said no, it had to be paid before my employee took the car. I informed her of our long relationship with Bob Lindsey. She said the bill needed to be paid before my employee could take the vehicle. She said "Its like when you go to the grocery store, you have to pay before you can take the groceries." Considering the circumstances, I felt that was a very inappropriate comment. I was driving home for lunch, I turned around and went back to my office so I could make the payment, so my employee could leave with the CRV. Was not a good first experience with your employee/ dealer. Thanks More
The multipoint inspection measured the tread on all my tires the same even though they weren't; I had a flat replaced with a new tire 3 days before that. After rotating the tires, they forgot to put the v tires the same even though they weren't; I had a flat replaced with a new tire 3 days before that. After rotating the tires, they forgot to put the valve cap back on one tire; they replaced it with a generic cap (which is too short and doesn't fit right). When asked to replace it with the original cap, they could not find it. I offered to buy the correct kind, but they told me they were 'factory valve caps' and they don't sell them...very disappointing More

Overall good. They were able to fit in my oil change on the day I called. John was great explaining services. Dave the driver was courteous. The only downside was the pickup from work communication was broken: Dave didn't know the service was done; nobody called me. I had to call dealership for a car ride. Luckily I had no other arrangements that night and can wait, and also Dave was available at 4pm More
