"The service dept. is very friendly and made us feel welcome."

We were treated very friendly when we had a problem with our old Honda Odessey one day. We had not originally bought it from them, but was in Peoria when a light came on. We then went to Bob Lindsey to get it checked out. They were very busy, but made a point of working us in. In about 3 hours the problem was fixed and we were back on the road. Because of the wonderful people in the service dept. and the people in the waiting area, we knew that this was the place to buy our next Odessey. We then contacted our friends to see who they delt with for a salesman and that is when we meet Jeff Hanneman. He was wonderful to us and made us feel like we had known him all our life. To make a long story short, we bought a new Odessey that day and we are in love with it. When we went to pick it up and do all the paper work, we meat Tammy Boyd. In all of our talking we found that she knew a lot to the same people in our home town that we knew. She was a wonderful person to work with. If you are looking to buy a vehicle, you will never be sorry going to Bob Lindsey Honda in Peoria, they have a lot of helpful people.

"Getting "Ok Google" to work by voice command"

Several people became involved with trying to resolve this issue. This really was a set up problem between my phone and Android Auto. Since this was not a "normal" service problem it took several people to discover the missing link in the set up.

I was in for a recall on airbags and oil change. I also had rear brakes redone as recommended. I hadn't noticed any problems with the brakes and was hesitant to do the repair but I trusted your recommendation.

Employees were very courteous and helpful. Service advisor was a very pleasant lady, Jen Wright . George Wagner was the technician who replaced the airbags. We pray we will never have to find out how well the airbags work!
