I also really enjoyed the shuttle driver who took me back and forth to my house. he made me very comfortable during the drive. I dropped off the car for a safety recall. More

Not convinced that I needed a new alternator. Vehicle still having the same issue. Had it looked at it again, now I was told I needed a new starter. Always thought I would always be a Honda owner Vehicle still having the same issue. Had it looked at it again, now I was told I needed a new starter. Always thought I would always be a Honda owner. Done with Honda, mainly because of the service. Service advisor was OK, but clearly the technicians are not knowledgeable. More

I assume recall work was completed correctly BUT upon arrival at the dealership I was told by the service writer that my car tires were out of alignment BUT for $130 dollars they could fix it. I am no me arrival at the dealership I was told by the service writer that my car tires were out of alignment BUT for $130 dollars they could fix it. I am no mechanic but I question how that could be determined by just a cursory inspection and with just 5k miles on my vehicle with no road problems that I should have to pay for a realignment. Maybe the car came from the factory that way? This is the first time I have had to have work done at your dealership and so far I am not impressed. I hope my next visit for my first FREE oil change goes more smoothly than this last visit. C Hoelscher More
