"Purchase, Bad experience!"

Paid too much. Truck not delivered after payment for more than a month. Truck needed to be jump started to get it on the hauler to ship to me. Truck had to be jump started to get it off of the hauler when delivered to me. The back end of the truck was full of bird crap and tree sap; the driver of the hauler said it was that way when he loaded it back in Colorado Springs. Battery would not hold a charge. Set up appointment with repair shop and barely made it there. Alternator was putting out near 19 V and the battery was roasted! Very expensive to replace alternator and battery. I also replaced the muffler as it was pretty much a straight pipe, Also had body dents and other minor damage to front valance and fender shirt that was not evident or talked about when I looked at the pictures and decided to purchase this vehicle. Steve Valley was good to work with, but now not returning phone calls.

I took my 83 year old mother in to buy a Subaru she had found. Salesman was great! But the finance officer was not. He tried to lie to me and sell us warranties That she did not want to buy. He told us that he could not sell the car without them. I called bull#*@% ! (my sister works in finance at a dealership in CA) After about 2 hours of me getting ready to walk out the door, they finally came down to our terms and she bought the car. Shame on you! In the end she is very happy with her car.
