would not close my ticket . I was told that mechanic fixed my car and drove it around to make sure . I drove 5 hours to get my car. turned the engine on and warning lights went I was told that mechanic fixed my car and drove it around to make sure . I drove 5 hours to get my car. turned the engine on and warning lights went off. They said " looks like you will need new transmition" . I left without a rental or a car after all day sitting there. They called again a month later and said car was ready . I went to pick it up. I asked for my paper work . They would not give it to me. I asked " how many miles does my new transmition have or is it new " . They said they can't tell me nothing . I asked again " how many miles I have for the warranty?" She looked at me and said " 12k " . My car had only 43,000 . I know my car had 100k mile warranty or 5 years . Even if they were talking about bumper to bumper ( 60k miles) I still had over 16k miles for my warranty . But my transmition is 100k miles or 5 years coverage ( I was explained by another dealership ) . I left the shop and I started hearing grinding noise coming from transmition area . I made it home . At that point my car was making alot of noise where transmition was . After Thanksgiving ( 5 days later ) I took my car to other dealership in Tera Houte . They could not work on my car becouse your shop would not close the ticket . Tera houte Kia called you and your service lady was unprofessional with them and still wouldn't close the ticket. I had no choice but call kia corporate. More
