Sales - Trevor was very personable and we enjoyed working with him. Took the time to show us a couple vehicles and a couple of trim levels. Would work with him again any time. Finance - Got the hard sell with him. Took the time to show us a couple vehicles and a couple of trim levels. Would work with him again any time. Finance - Got the hard sell from Brock and had to push back hard to avoid upcharges for extended warranties and other "add-ons". We also had to push back hard to get the price we were promised in the first place. Then we got guilt tripped by Brock and Ben ("I'm gonna sell you this car, but I'm losing $600") when they finally agreed to honor the price that was quoted. Overall - None of this was unexpected, I guess. It's a dealership and not Carvana. But definitely not an experience worthy of 5 stars. More
