WE GOT PRESSURED IINTO AN EXTENDED WARRANTY WENT BACK IN TO CANCEL IT WAS TOLD BY DAVE FORD HE WOULD CANCEL IT AND SEND A CHECK TO THE BANK FOR 2200 DOLLARS BUT WOULD NOT REDO THE LOAN SO I GET TO PAY 4.31 TO CANCEL IT WAS TOLD BY DAVE FORD HE WOULD CANCEL IT AND SEND A CHECK TO THE BANK FOR 2200 DOLLARS BUT WOULD NOT REDO THE LOAN SO I GET TO PAY 4.31 % for 60 months ON THE 2200 THAT IS STILL FIGURED IN THE LOAN AMOUNT. I DID NOT ASK FOR A EXTENDED WARRANTY TO START WITH THEY JUST PUT IT IN . WE GOT RUSHED THRU THE PAPER WORKAT SIGNING. THE WIFI WAS SUSPOSE TO BE TURN ON TOYOTA SAID THE DEALER HAD TO AUTHORIZE THAT WAS NOT DONE I CANT CONNECT TO THE HIGHLANDER WITH MY PHONE . I HAVE BEEN A RORHMAN CUSTOMER FOR 30 YEARS THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WE FELT WE GOT THE BUMBS RUSH. HAD GREAT EXPERENCES UPTILL NOW . AND IT MAY BE THE LAST. VERY UNHAPPY. More

I bought a used car from Dalton. He gave me a paper stating a tire had a leak. So if I had a problem they would replace it. I told them four different times it was the drivers side front tire. They had to order the tire. The tire came in, I took my car in. Again telling them it was the drivers side front tire. They brought it back out & had replaced the passenger side front tire. I told them that was wrong. I drove out of the bay & my tire light was still on. I drove it right back in and told the service guy that the tire light was still on. He had me drive to the other side where the air hose was located. He put air in the drivers side front tire. The light went off. 3 weeks later the light comes back on. I called Dalton & he told me to bring it back in. So I did. Then the service desk came out to me and told me that there was a nail in the tire and it couldn’t be fixed. A new tire was needed. Then proceeded to tell me that I’d have to pay for it. I said NO! You guys replaced the wrong tire even after I told you it was the drivers side front tire. I called Dalton and 3 days later he text me that they replaced A tire. I said “yes, but the wrong tire”. He hasn’t texted me back since. I was totally screwed. I’m a older lady on disability and can not afford a new tire. I sent him the paperwork on replacing the tire but he said he talked to his boss and told me that they will not replace the tire that they should have replaced in the beginning. Now I’m stuck putting air in my tire every 3 weeks. They’re not going to fix the problem. I don’t know what I’m going to do now. They left me in a very bad position. I’m very upset. Now he won’t return my texts. I heard that they were dirty dealers, I should have listened and went somewhere else. That’s really lame business practice. I highly do NOT recommend. More
