Thank you for your great service. My only concern is that when I walked in not a single employee behind the desks (where customer checks in) was wearing a mask! Toyota Prius "Hybrid Malfunction" My 2010 Toyota Prius died across the street from Rohrman Toyota at the Walmart. It would not do anything except have a message in the message center My 2010 Toyota Prius died across the street from Rohrman Toyota at the Walmart. It would not do anything except have a message in the message center about a Hybrid Malfunction, so I had to have it towed to the Toyota dealership. Although I was possibly expecting a large financial cost (maybe needing the hybrid battery replaced because of 100K miles), it turned out to need the 12 volt battery replaced. The service department was also able to work some repairs under the car's warranty saving me a substantial amount of money. Trevor kept me informed during the entire repair process. More
