Routine Maintenance checks / tire rotation Nothing wrong with the service rep but the actual service what terrible. 2 hours for routine maintenance (tire rotation and top off brake fluid). With other checks a max of 30 minutes of work. If you make an appointment for 2:15 (like here). No reason to not be out of there by 3PM. This was not a one time thing. Its every time we ever use this service center. We won't go back unless we have to. I walked into Mr. Tire to replace a tire that had a chunk out of it. No appointment. It was replaced. Tire rotated and gone with an hour. Thats normal service. The your work is good but your overall service is terrible. Nobody has 2 hours for routine maintenance checks. More

Was always swayed to stay away from Rohrman's by a few friends that had bad experiences. Although I did not purchase my vehicle here in town, I knew I would need to use the service dept. I have had no complaints since buying my car and bringing in for service since 2018. More

Bought a car 30 minutes after my wife drove off the lot the check engine light came on had another company check the car out a crack was found in the cat so was not operating at full Capacity notified Ben the check engine light came on had another company check the car out a crack was found in the cat so was not operating at full Capacity notified Ben he said he had two techs that looked the car over before it went on sale and had no problem that they wouldn’t fix it same techs that missed a completely dirty cabin air filter and also missed a coil not completely seated on the spark plug called them out on it and still denied fixing the problem said it was a costly fix.
