Always good but this time I was disappointed to find out spare tire pressure was not checked. 60 lbs required but only had 12 pounds! Getting ready for a long trip so I double checked it. Defective equipment I was very disappointed to learn one of my brake calipers had stuck in the "braking" position destroying the brake pads and rotors with 18,000 miles o I was very disappointed to learn one of my brake calipers had stuck in the "braking" position destroying the brake pads and rotors with 18,000 miles on my vehicle I had bough new. They allowed me to view the problem in the service department with my vehicle up on the lift. The technician explained he was able to physically press the piston and get it to release. They thought the caliper pistons had not been properly lubed at the factory and were able to replace the needed parts under warranty. They did not have all needed parts in stock and provided me with a loaner. Even though it took awhile for the repair work to be approved by Toyota and completed, I was so glad to have my vehicle back. More
