Do Not Let Them Service Your Lexus If I could give "0" stars, I would. We will never again consider any Bob Rohrman dealership for service or purchase. My Lexus RX330 was towed to B.R. If I could give "0" stars, I would. We will never again consider any Bob Rohrman dealership for service or purchase. My Lexus RX330 was towed to B.R. Toyota on 11/19, for diagnosis and service on 11/24. I called on Dec 5th to inquire, as we'd received no communication. The tech could never accurately diagnose the issue with the car. They removed the coils to replace the spark plugs, and returned the coils to the vehicle without testing them. When the new spark plugs did not remedy the problem, they wanted to charge us another $2k, to remove the aforementioned coils and finally check them. In total, the service manager, Jenny, quoted us and additional $3k in parts and labor, with no guarantee that the problem would be fixed! On 12/19, we had the car towed away from the dealership, after paying over $1,000 for service and parts, which did not remedy the problem. 12/23/18: After 2 hours of trouble-shooting, and around 3 hours of work, my husband fixed it himself! It cost $80 for new coils, and another $5 to replace the fasteners their techs didn’t put back on the engine. There should be no repair that we could make at home, so quickly, easily, and cost-efficiently, that their “professionals” couldn’t even diagnose in a month. They are either incapable, or we were being fleeced. More
