Awesomeness My wife and I recently moved to Lafayette from Louisiana. As a matter of fact we were still in our uhaul truck when we stopped to the dealership. I sa My wife and I recently moved to Lafayette from Louisiana. As a matter of fact we were still in our uhaul truck when we stopped to the dealership. I saw Mr. James Hardman sitting at his desk. When I approached him and told him my wife and I need an inexpensive vehicle since we were on a budget. This man went above and beyond to help us. Driving us from the Toyota dealership to a used Bob Rohrman dealership that was across town. Which had a vehicle that we could afford. Mr.Hardman even went as far as to drive us to the insurance company to insure our vehicle. The price that I told him that we could afford when we first met remaind the same,even after taxes and fee's. I'm 48 years old and have purchased many new and used vehicles in my life. And never had such a wonderful experience as I've had at this dealership. In search of the honest man we have found him at Bob Rohrman Toyota. Great on-line communication I am one of those people who really dislike buying new cars, from the time it takes, and the negotiations, et al. I have never done this on-line befo I am one of those people who really dislike buying new cars, from the time it takes, and the negotiations, et al. I have never done this on-line before (purchase new cars about every 10 years), but was very pleasantly surprised at the response to my inquiries and the negotiations. I didn't get passed from person to person when talking price, I only dealt with my salesman. Between, the web, texts and phone calls it was a very efficient process. I live in another State and was able to do this remotely and just had to drive to the dealership to sign the papers and drive away. Even though it was late in the evening they took the time to go over the functionality of the vehicle. Thank You to everyone at Rohman Toyota. More
