I live in Indy, so committing to drive all the way up to Lafayette just to look at a new car may seem a little extreme. But the time and drive were definitely worth it. Holly made sure that someone would be waiting to show me the Highlander that I'd seen on line, and true to her word, Graham was there as was the Highlander, ready and waiting for my test drive. Graham explain many of the features before I even got behind the wheel and then anticipated that I wanted a quiet, smooth ride so surprisingly suggested that we go out onto the highway where the construction has left many rough patches......but the Highlander didn't disappoint. The ride was quiet and smooth. I was sold right then and there. Once I got the deal that I felt was very fair, Marcus stepped in and worked me through the financing which can be a grueling point of sale, but Marcus even made that a pleasant experience. Definitely worth the drive. More
