They were pleasant and helpful. I did feel that they jumped in and recommended every possible service even though I was there for a very specific problem. That felt dishonest. I would need to think some before choosing to engage in a more permanent relationship with someone who handled things like that. I was given warranty on the tires I bought without clearly defining that that was what I was paying for. I live pretty far from a dealership. Not sure I would have done that. Again, that did not do much for establishing trust. More
