For that, they simply came up with a number on what I would receive back on the new car we were also leasing. There were no negotiations, simply a number applied. Also, I was supposed to have a $1,200 discount. Again, looking at the financial sheet, it was impossible to see where it fit in. Finally when we were closing the deal after a 45 minute wait for the finance guy, I asked about the $1,200 and they then realized "oops" it hadn't been applied. All in all, it was confusing and not explained well. We were at the dealership, nearly four hours but the most important part (explaining the finances) was done too quickly and originally not correct. More

We purchased a brand new 2021 Highlander from Chuck at Bob Rohrman Toyota in March of 2021. We set everything up over the phone and emails as I knew exactly what I wanted. After taking it to the local dealership, they informed us that the internal computer recognized the broken A/C at the 2 mile mark on the odometer. We did not take possession of the vehicle until after the 200 mile mark. After going round and round with both dealerships and Toyota corporate, my husband was put into contact with the General Manager, Zac Kinch at Bob Rohrman Toyota. He was the most rude and unprofessional person my husband has ever dealt with. He was the sole decision maker that refused to take any responsibility for selling us a broken vehicle, refused to offer any help in getting the issue resolved and just kept telling him we should have taken it back to Rohrman, 2 hours away from home, to get it dealt with. He did not even entertain the idea of taking the vehicle back or covering a payment while we were waiting on parts for approximately two months. Fortunately, Beck Totyota, in Greenwood, IN and Toyota Corporate were much more helpful and got our car back to us much faster than originally expected. We understand that legally, Mr. Kinch did not have to take the vehicle back or help us at all, but ethically it seems like the right thing to do. More
