I had a good experience at this dealership. The employees were friendly and patient. The dynamic between customer and salesperson is usually a bit competitive as the two often have opposite interests, but the employees at Gurnee Hyundai did not at any point make me feel unwelcome for advocating for my interests in the purchase. I was negotiating with Andres Garcia, who was especially engaged and patient throughout the process. We went for about three hours late on a Friday night. The negotiations concluded with a purchase for me and a sale for them. I couldn't ask for a better dealership experience. More
