This is the worst run service department that I’ve ever been to. I’ve used this dealership twice in 12 years, and both times the incompetence leads to my vehicle being stuck in their shop for multiple days been to. I’ve used this dealership twice in 12 years, and both times the incompetence leads to my vehicle being stuck in their shop for multiple days and nights. They don’t work weekends and don’t call to let me know that my vehicle won’t be complete until late in the day. Then they don’t offer me an equivalent vehicle as a loaner for the weekend. Dropping my truck off at 8am but they weren’t able to complete the service by 6pm even with the parts being in stock. Then they pass the inconvenience on to the customer. Completely unacceptable business practices and pure incompetence. More
