I went into Bob Smith BMW being told that it was the most expensive BMW dealership and that with the current lack of inventory I would never get a good deal. Ryan Bosman contacted me via text and I forgot about it for a couple of weeks. Out of curiosity, I stopped by. They had my name on file and said that Ryan would be with me in a minute. I thought, “ oh boy, here it comes …. The 5 hour pitch where you leave feeling like a rung out sponge” BOY WAS I WRONG! Ryan met me and listened carefully to what I told him. He customized a deal for me without ever getting into a vehicle because that’s what I asked him to do. I left because my son was hungry and I needed to find affordable insurance. He connected me with a reliable colleague at Farmer’s insurance. I went in the next day completely determined not to buy a car. Ryan was SO LOW KEY and PROFESSIONAL,. Bob Smith BMW is a family run business. All the personnel that I dealt with had been there in excess of 20 years. NO PRESSURE. Just a luxurious experience for a superior product.
