Having to take your car in for service is always a stressful time. Being treated with the kindness and care that I receive at Bob Smith Mini, it takes a lot of that stress out of the equation. Run do not walk away from calabasas bob smith whether it is mini or BMW. I had purchased a brand new 2012 Mini Cooper that was 2 hours away from this dealership. I paid full and they did not even offer to f is mini or BMW. I had purchased a brand new 2012 Mini Cooper that was 2 hours away from this dealership. I paid full and they did not even offer to flatbed the car, tinstead hey drove it all the way and put 115 miles on the car. The rep who drove it over was Lori, and when we recieved the car we did not even get a full tank! The tank was nearly empty when we had recieved the car. Also Lori had told us to call her if we have any issues so we called her one day to find out she doesnt work at this dealership anymore and got moved to Universal BMW. A couple days after we walk into Bob Smith Calabasas just to find Lori helping out another customer! What kind of BS is this? SInce having the car only a year I've been in the dealership multiple times for many different reasons. 1. my drivers door handle melted 2.my window motor broke 3.My passenger visor mirror cover broke twice. Everytime I came in I felt very unwanted as the service reps are very rude and one-worded. Also my parents had bought me this car and everytime I walk in they treat me like a little spoiled girl. I went to Bob Smith one day to get my car serviced about leaking coolant and my broken mirror visor, only to find out that the sensor to indicate the temperature of the car enhgine was being recalled. Josh, the service rep, had told me he would call me back when my car is ready. 4 hours later and still no call I call Bob Smith to find out my cars been ready for 2 hours! I drive over there and actually talk to Josh about the situation as he decides to lie to my face and say "what?! I called you at 2 to leave you a message" obviously not I never recieved a call or message EVER. When i purchase a car especially full in cash I would never expect such horrendus service like this. I will never even think of buying a mini or bmw anymore from this horrible experience. Matter of fact anyone want to buy a brand new 2012 mini cooper fully loaded?! LOL More
Routine annual service and use of the Total Image package that I had purchased. I had arranged a time to drop off my car and to pick up a loaner. My most recent visit to Bob Smith Mini (BSM) was for a routine oil/filter change. All went well as have all my service dealings with BSM. We purchased our 2005 Mini Cooper Convertable from BSM in the Fal routine oil/filter change. All went well as have all my service dealings with BSM. We purchased our 2005 Mini Cooper Convertable from BSM in the Fall of 2004 via factory order and took delivery about ten weeks later. With the exception of a battery replacement (done under waranty at Pleasanton Mini) BSM has been the sole service provider for our Mini. The fees are pricy (most main dealers are) but the work is done right the first time. In light of the foregoing, I would not hesitate to recommend Bob Smith Mini to a friend. More
This dealership is about the most arrogant that I have ever experienced. I expect to have a positive relationship with auto dealers when I visit, particularly when I expect to close a deal. Not only did they fail to honor the deal that they documented in writing, the sales manager alleged that there was a mis-communication...ON PAPER? NOT. I would never consider returning to this dealership nor would I steer anyone to a place with such a low degree of ethical behavior. More

We have had the check engine light turn on three times now and every time they find a very expensive different solution. One time it took them two days to identify the problem. Hoping is not a very good way to feel when you leave the dealership after service. They don't seem to care unless you complain. More
Honest dealer! I have a friend in Mini in NY and I always run everything by her before having any work done on my car. I have never felt pressured into doing any service at this dealership, and they have alw run everything by her before having any work done on my car. I bought my first mini from them, (and my 2nd from Universal., which was the worst experience ever! )I take my car only to Bob Smith. The service people, Sue, Christina, Aiisha, are very friendly and knowledgeable. When I get my next Min, I'm going to only buy from Bob Smith. More
