Took my under-warranty mache in to have them check out the oem charger that started flashing a yellow warning light. Took them over 2 weeks to get me scheduled with loaner and then it took them 4 days to the oem charger that started flashing a yellow warning light. Took them over 2 weeks to get me scheduled with loaner and then it took them 4 days to get the work done. The original charger was defective and replaced under warranty. All good. Upon pickup, they said the replacement charger was in the trunk. It was, but not the cord for plugging it into the wall. I was told to bring that in with the charger, so without it, it was unusable. The service tech was able to run one down, but that type of oversight is not good. Fortunately, I checked before leaving the dealership. Additionally, I was surprised they didn't wash the car or fill up the windshield wiper fluid tank that had just showed up as needing attention. While technically not required, lots of new car dealerships do these sort of things. More
After many txts back & forth (weather issues) we scheduled a meeting with Salesman X @ Bob Tomes Ford to view a Red Escape Active we were told they had in stock. When we arrived the person we were t scheduled a meeting with Salesman X @ Bob Tomes Ford to view a Red Escape Active we were told they had in stock. When we arrived the person we were to meet with was not available. We waited for 20 minutes and were ready to go home when another salesman, Lance, asked if he could help. He found there was no Red Escape Active to test drive. But he found the next level up, an ST 2025 model. We test drove then went thru the negotiation phase. That went very well. Lance handled fair pricing the ST version and added other options, many of which we didn't really want. He priced it well (with consolations with the sales manager). SOLD. Drove it home an hour later thanks to Lance picking up the fumble by the attended schedule salesman (things happen). 5 Stars for Lance. A happy customer. More
