The salesman, Eduardo, and Tommy, in finance, were very good to work with. The sales manager was not. We didin’t like sales manager stating all after market items ie window tinting,security, paint repai good to work with. The sales manager was not. We didin’t like sales manager stating all after market items ie window tinting,security, paint repair,etc. was installed on every vehicle that was on the lot to sale. Came in to buy my first brand new car from them as theyre local. Once i inquired the price I asked for no add ons, once the back and forth started we agreed to a price, but add ons were still on the signing local. Once i inquired the price I asked for no add ons, once the back and forth started we agreed to a price, but add ons were still on the signing stage. Moving forward i was given two sets of keys. I gave a key to a relative on a trip. I tried to start the truck and it did not work. I had to uber my way back. Turned in the truck for repair of the key and they scratched the truck. I dont know anyone that would of wanted their week old truck in the body shop. Bad service from the Sales team. More
