We went to Bob Tomes Ford after a bad experience at another competitor. Josh was very welcoming and straight to the point on what he could and couldn’t do in price on a car. Our salesman Nelwyn was great. The dealership, however uses extortion tactics that I did not appreciate. They call it "Peace of Mind Benefits Package". A lot of items in this pa The dealership, however uses extortion tactics that I did not appreciate. They call it "Peace of Mind Benefits Package". A lot of items in this package are covered by auto insurance. We were told it was mandatory even though we protested to the used car director. It's a way to extract more money out of you. Second, the car we bought is not street legal since there is no front license plate mount. Be sure they put their emblem and lic plate frame on the rear. More
