Terrible , worst experience ever. Never ever will I buy anything from Bob Tomes or Ford ever again. I started to write a long explanation of my experiences there but what’s the point ? Nothing will change and they really don’t care anyway. Bob Tomes himself doesn’t have any pull or say so with Ford Customer Service . I got that info directly from the service manager. It’s Fords Customer Service that really made my mind up to NEVER buy another Ford product. Bob Tomes service and Daniel Suarez are the reason I’ll never buy anything from a Tomes dealership ever again….. Sorry Brandon. My advice….. stay away. They dropped the ball repeatedly, Daniel Suarez had no clue how to return a phone call and the service dept can’t repair your truck even when you give 7-8 attempts to do and you still can’t drive more than 5 miles down the road without immediately turning around and taking it back. I’m sure they call and ask me to take this review down because it “ hurts them financially “ Cody , Chase and Daniel know who I am…. We’ll not Daniel - he doesn’t return phone calls, he’s a xxxxx! This is my first time coming into the dealer for service. I was ready for the fact that it's more sales pitch than service. When I said that I didn't buy the care from them, they didn't really seem to care I was ready for the fact that it's more sales pitch than service. When I said that I didn't buy the care from them, they didn't really seem to care that I was there. They told me the price of an oil change was one thing, but then right on the screen was the regular oil change for half the price. I know they upsell, but it that felt dishonest above that. Now I'm still sitting here, after close to 2 hours, waiting for an oil change and the sales person/service person comes to me and says they are backed up and it will be longer. If it gets better, I'll update my post, but I'm not expecting much. Go to a good honest repair shop, the idea that a dealer is better is just silly. More

So, I met with your Sales Manager who told me that even though I put money down AND got $12K for my trade, that all he could do is, take my truck back for what was owed which is basically the "residual value" which is almost what THEY say the truck is currently worth. (So, my $55K truck is NOW only worth $30K in less than 2 years time) Either way, it doesnt matter, my issue is 8 times, same problem "DOCUMENTED" and they are not willing to do anything else to try and make it RIGHT! More

I was able to get a Works package completed in a decent time and they even allowed me to use a space for a conference call I had forgotten about. I love that Hunter is my advisor because he always explains things thoroughly and let's me know what's urgent and needs to be fixed immediately or what's coming down the pipline. And although Casey (my previous advisor) is in a different position he always takes a few minutes to stop and ask how things are going and if I need anything... Thanks Hunter (and Casey) for the A-1 service!! I appreciate y'all!!! More
Had an amazing experience here! I took my Ford Explorer in for some alignment issues that turned out to be more serious than I realized. Cody not only swiftly (and accurately) diagnosed the problem, but he in for some alignment issues that turned out to be more serious than I realized. beware of this dealer very dishonest my daughter that is only 20 years old had her 2016 ford fusion at bob tomes ford not by her choice it was sent there by another dealer the car was ru my daughter that is only 20 years old had her 2016 ford fusion at bob tomes ford not by her choice it was sent there by another dealer the car was running just had a coolant leak bob tomes ford called us and told us that it will cost $5500 to repair the car we told theme not to do anything then they told us the engine was apart and parts are in the trunk and we need to tow it home and the check out charge is $1700 just to remove the cylinder head we were very shocked by the charge we did not approve any repair we called 3 other local ford dealerships they told us that the tear inspection for the head is only 3.5 labor hours $375.00 we refused to pay the$1700 we called bob tomes 5 times to speak to the owner he never returned our calls we found out that her car was sold in an auction February the 3rd so think twice before you do business with this dealer collin county tax office told me that this was not legal they had no record that bob tomes filed anything with theme More
Negative 5 Stars!!!!!!!!! Worst service department in the world. Purchased a new 2019 F350 Lariat with all the extra warranties. At 4,000 miles the A/C blew hot air. At around 7,000 miles I was finally able world. Purchased a new 2019 F350 Lariat with all the extra warranties. At 4,000 miles the A/C blew hot air. At around 7,000 miles I was finally able to take it in. After having it in for 5 days Ivan calls me to tell me nothing is wrong with it. I told him they need to look again. He called back to tell me the mechanic, if you want to call him that, had found a leak. Yet before nothing was wrong. 1200 miles later the A/C is blowing hot air again. They want me to bring it back to see what's wrong when the obviously didn't fix it right the first time. Sub par service?????? Do not buy or get service work done here. Because of this dealership I will never buy another Ford again. Most expensive piece of crap I've ever purchased. They are only interested in taking your money and don't follow thru with service. Service is what keeps your customers. You would think they knew this but they do NOT care about there customers. More
