Avoid This Dealership...total rip off. Took my Jeep in to have alternator replaced. Somehow a hole was punched in my radiator and was welded shut. Two days later, while sitting at McDonalds Took my Jeep in to have alternator replaced. Somehow a hole was punched in my radiator and was welded shut. Two days later, while sitting at McDonalds in Rockford, the sloppy weld melted, radiator overheated and engine and radiator had to be replaced. $2,800.00 and Bocker denies doing it and refuses to take any responsibility even though they had just replaced the alternator two days earlier More

Paid cash for a vehicle and in shop twice in a month My son paid cash for a vehicle. Bought to make room and have a reliable safe vehicle for his coming baby. Within 12-hours of buying the car the check engine light came on. Had the vehicle looked at and there was over $600 repairs that HAD to be done. Becker said they would take care of it. They only bandaid the problems. Less than a month later he is having the same issue, took it to another repair shop and all issues are still the same. Shop supervisor was rude to my daughter in law. Won't return and dont recomend any body else either. More
