This is our second brand new car purchase and John Ness was super patient through our decision-making process over a two-day period, found us exactly what we were looking for and explained everything to us in detail. He made sure we knew all of the features on the car, everything that dealer was going to provide us such as oil change and warranty, explained in details all numbers and made the closing process quick and fast. We are beyond happy with our purchase here and would definitely refer anyone looking for a great deal and great experience. Best Day Ever! We came in to Bommarito Ford to look at a 2017 Escape with only 17000 miles because their used cars were less expensive than any of the other Ford dea We came in to Bommarito Ford to look at a 2017 Escape with only 17000 miles because their used cars were less expensive than any of the other Ford dealers. Unfortunately it was sold the evening before. So we test drove a couple other used Escapes but were not crazy about either of them. Tim then informed us that his manager offered us a $5000 rebate on a new Escape S which made it only about a thousand more than the one we originally came in for. We had looked at prices on line and never imagined we could get a new one that cheap. Our finance guy Robert Vinyard answered all our questions and made sure we had all the paperwork we needed. He even highlighted the info I would need when I called the insurance company! All in all best day ever! More

I was very leery because the first used car I bought from another dealer (Suntrup Preowned in South County) was horrible, and I was completely screwed out of money and had an absolutely terrible experience from the very beginning. I’ve only driven the car for the last couple days, but I like the car. Everyone at Bommarito Ford was nice and made the buying experience a lot better than what I expected. More
