I was so impressed tha I purchased a new Ford Focus SE on the Saturday of Memorial Day Weekend, the experience was incredible thanks to Steve Nodiff. I was so impressed that I brought my son in on Monday (Memorial Day) as he was also interested in purchasing a new car. We went to Steve again, he stayed after closing to assist us with the vehicle that my son was interested in. My son and I left well after closing time after purchasing his new Ford Fusion. Thanks again Steve and also Tony Boyd for staying late to complete the financing and to complete the sale. More

They got it done and I am an extremely satisfied customer. He asked questions about what I needed and my price range, then he went on the computer and found the right for me, at a price I was very happy with and a decent trade value. It need a brake controller and step bars, he scheduled it with Service to be done next week and even introduce me to the Service Coordinator who will take care of it for me. After looking for a truck for 6 months, (yes 6 months) and a bunch of different dealers and brands, I bought this one from Bommarito . The car I ended up getting fit me. IT IS NOT REALLY THE DEALERSHIP THAT A PERSON COMES IN CONTA contact with, but rather the salesman/employee. In my case I was in contact woth Craig Sammelman and one of the business agents. Outstanding Buying Experience!! Went to Bommarito Ford because of their outstanding selection of new Ford vehicles, and a prior sales experience with Terry Watkins, their New Car Sal Went to Bommarito Ford because of their outstanding selection of new Ford vehicles, and a prior sales experience with Terry Watkins, their New Car Sales Manager. Because Terry had a prior doctor's appointment, I dealt with Jeff Mueller, who is by far and away one of the finest salesman I have ever met. He showed us several models of the Focus we were interested in so we could see and experience the different options and their functions. We received a more than fair trade-in allowance for our used car. The dealership is bright, clean and friendly to anybody looking to buy a car. When our new Focus was being prepped for delivery, they discovered a flaw in the battery and immediately replaced it. Other dealerships would have simply washed the car and sent us out the door. When the battery would later fail, they would have replaced it as a warranted item, but we would have been inconvenienced by the whole process. A dealership, and their sales staff,that looks out for the well-being of their customers is had to find in todays world! More
