Poor service and no response to complaints We took our 2012 fusion to Bommarito for oil changes for 2 years. When we no longer had free oil changes we took it to an independent shop. This shop We took our 2012 fusion to Bommarito for oil changes for 2 years. When we no longer had free oil changes we took it to an independent shop. This shop pointed out that the timing cover and main seal were leaking and had been for a while. We brought it back to Bommarito to be repaired under warranty. We believe they didn't want to point out the leaks because it was still under warranty. Then at less than 3 years and 39,000 miles the battery went dead. It was supposed to be a 5 year battery. They said it was probably old when it was put in but since the car was 3,000 miles past warranty they wouldn't do anything, not even pro rate it. Now the blower motor makes noise, I have emailed their customer service department with these complaints twice and have not received any response. More
