Very pleasant and quick experience!!! I came here after having spent hours at other dealerships, and I felt like I was done looking for a car for a while... I had an appointment set up, wh I came here after having spent hours at other dealerships, and I felt like I was done looking for a car for a while... I had an appointment set up, which I was late to, but was still greeted with a smile. The car I had been interested in was ready to get in and test drive. However, it wasn't the color I wanted so we went in and looked at their inventory and found a great car. The negotiations were quick, and I got down to a very reasonable price within my range. Unlike other dealerships they weren't concerned with running my finances for my monthly payments, which I was happy about since i knew what price range I wanted to be in, and the details of what this would cost me in a month without them telling me, and tricking me into a longer term than I wanted just to get within my monthly payments.. My husband (I went to the dealership alone) wanted to see the car before purchase, although it wasn't on the lot, and it was late in the day, they came with me home to show him the car similar to what I would get before I put my deposit down as we couldn't finish the paperwork that day.. The financing and purchase process was great too. They were up front about everything, and informed us about our refinancing options later on since we had to finance through ford for a rebate. They were very helpful and made buying a new car a little less scary! I will definitely go here again whenever I need a new car, and recommend it to others, even though it's a little out of the way from where I live! More
