Went there to look at a red fusion hybrid s based on the internet price. We weren't too sure we would like the color. The internet didn't do it justice. We loved it a first sight. With the circumstances I was in they did a great job even tho I live in a totlay different state 500 miles away.. I came to the state for work And my vehicle broke down I brought to bommarito fords to see what was wrong and I decided to trade it in so it all work out well till I came back to my state and a week later I get anther set of contracts and the salesman telling me that there was signatures missing which I thought that it was weird and then from paying my first payment there and with the second set of contracts showing me a total different payment also which I thought was weird... Now that I had the vehicle for more then a month now and payingy second payment I can not drive the vehicle due to not having no plates or tags nor registration the paper plate expired three weeks ago now I'm losing work paying the payment and the dealership telling me it was my fault cause they didn't get the right signatures and that it took more then a week to get their second set of contracts back and anther week to get the orignal title back for my other vehicle and a realease of lien for my other vehicle that had been paid off for more then 7 years and we are the orignal owners of that vehicle which made no sense... So by them saying it was my fault why did you let me drive off the lot with the vehicle when you didn't have the right signatures in the first place.. It started out to be a great experience to now having the worse experience and losing work due to no vehicle and paying the payment... Thanks Bommarito Ford.. One more thing every vehicle I have owned has been a ford and bought Brand new so this wasn't my first new buy and never had to deal with what I'm dealing with???? More
