Bommarito Ford

I have just bought a brand new 2013 V6 Mustang from Bommarito Ford. The purchasing of the vehicle was very pleasant, as Jim Lodes was very patient and helpful in the selection of my new car. After driving the brand new vehicle slightly under 12,000 mi; the car broke down and was towed to Bommarito Ford at Hazelwood, MO. The problem was found to be the clutch completely obliterated and had failed under normal day-to-day transportation/driving routines. The service manager at Bommarito refuses to provide warranty on the clutch even when he specifically knew that the car was brand new with less than 12,000 mi. Bommarito Ford categorizes the clutch as a wear and tear part and is responsible by the customer. Even tires, and brakes are considered wear and tear items with warranty up to 18,000 mi; so should clutches if they are considered within the same maintenance category. After this experience I am very disappointed with Bommarito Ford for their lack of understanding and accommodations with the service of brand new vehicles. I am now reluctant to trust the reliability of parts issued from Ford Co. More

We had a wonder experiance with Nate! We went in looking for a New Escape, only to relize we couldn't afford the payments. We thought Nate would be upset that we wasted his time. Instead he help us find on for a New Escape, only to relize we couldn't afford the payments. We thought Nate would be upset that we wasted his time. Instead he help us find one a couple years older with payments that we could afford. He went over eveything on the SUV and help us understand how everything works. He is also very helpful on the phone when ever i called him .. But everyone at Bommarito is very nice and helpful as soon as you walk in the door ! Thanks for the great experiance we WILL be back!!! My fiancé and I decided to shop around for a new Escape on Labor Day 2013. As we looked at all of the holiday/year end advertisements, Bommarito Ford was clearly the place start. We woke up early on Labor Day weekend with some parameters in mind...what we wanted, what we wanted to finance, what we thought was a fair trade, etc. Jim Lodes, a 30 year veteran to the car sales industry, met us at the front door. He made sure to show us all of the Escapes on the lot and all of the colors. I quickly fell in love with a 2014 Black "S" model Escape. We went for a test drive and fell even more love! Jim put absolutely NO pressure on us during the entire visit. We sat down with him and worked on the trade...exactly what we hoped for (we didn't tell him our parameters). Next we moved on to Tony, the finance manager. He was able to explain to us how our credit scores affected our rates. He wrote gave us our first offer. We asked him to step out so we could talk about it and when he returned, he walked over to the computer and said, "oh, I just saved you another half a percent on your rate!"...so he wrote up a new deal. Tony was, by far, the nicest and most professional finance manager I've dealt with. We were in and out with our beautiful new Escape within 4 hours. Mr. Bommarito even came out to congratulate us! Before we drove off the lot, Jim did a comprehensive demonstration of all of the controls and features inside the vehicle. I look forward to purchasing vehicles there in the future and also referring my friends and family there to buy their cars! More

My husband and I took a spur of the moment trip up to Hazelwoood after seeing the awesome Labor Day sale prices. We were supposed to be heading back home to Columbia, MO with our almost five-month old g Hazelwoood after seeing the awesome Labor Day sale prices. We were supposed to be heading back home to Columbia, MO with our almost five-month old girl. We had been looking for a Ford Edge because we needed more room for our growing family. We had been to another dealership and promptly left when the salesman took another call while we were discussing our options, feeling we weren't important enough. At Bommarito Ford it was completely different. Steve took care of us personally, made us feel welcome, and worked with us to get the deal we needed.
