Sergey helped us find the exact Ford Taurus we were looking for. It was coming from a dealer a good distance away, so it would take a couple of days to arrive. The next day I got a call from Sergey a looking for. It was coming from a dealer a good distance away, so it would take a couple of days to arrive. The next day I got a call from Sergey and he explained that there was a lack of communication at the other dealership and a sales representative had sold the car. Sergey was quite apologetic, and he said he would find an equivalent or better vehicle for us. True to his word, a day later, he called and said he located a Ford Taurus that met our needs, plus a couple other features. It also was coming from a distance, so it would be a couple of days. When it arrived he called us and we set an appointment date and time. When we arrived, he showed us the care and reviewed all the features and functions with us. We then went to his desk and he showed us the detailed breakdown of the MSRP, the discounts, and a few extra dollars discounted because of the extra trouble and time it took to get the car. We were very satisfied with the final cost and when we went to the financial officer, he explained everything and there were no hidden costs. It was the smoothest and easiest purchase of a vehicle I ever had! More
