I put an application online with Ford.com and almost immediately received a response from Matt Goodson. What a great experience it was from start to finish. Matt was able to help me decide on my perfect vehicle. I don't need a lot of bells and whistles and Matt did not try to push them on me. He took MY thoughts and found the right one for me. The overall expirience of buying our new Ford Fusion was a little less than desireable. We came into the dealership in October of 2012 when the new 2013 Fusion was on the lot. We ordered an SE model and b a little less than desireable. We came into the dealership in October of 2012 when the new 2013 Fusion was on the lot. We ordered an SE model and built it up to our liking, but due to recalls, we didn't recieve the car until mid January of 2013. I understand that recalls happen and that they are for the customers safety. But in this case, I felt like we were in the dark as to why the recall was happening and when we could expect to get our new car. It just kept getting delayed with little to no explanation. There was also some confusion after we recieved the car about the Title App being mailed to us. Over all we are very satisfied with our new car and would still difinitely recommend the dearlership and Nathan. But the process itself was a little draining. More
