I was looking for a late model Ford Fusion on Auto Trader. I found what I wanted at Bommarito Ford. Matt Goodson's name was POC in the listing. I called him and made an appointment to see the vehic Trader. I found what I wanted at Bommarito Ford. Matt Goodson's name was POC in the listing. I called him and made an appointment to see the vehicle. He met me when I arrived at the showroom and was very friendly and courteous. After checking over the car I decided I would like to have it. Matt had my trade-in vehicle appraised and we agreed on a trade price. I was taken to the finance office where all went well. I was intoduced to the service department personnel. During this time the car was cleaned and prepared for delivery. Matt gave me an overall introduction to all of the cars features, to include but not limited to lights, radio, power seats, climate control, just to name a few. It was an excellent transaction and all went great. I consided Matt a valuable asset to the dealership. More

I was contacted by Mr. Goodson, because of my internet inquiries concerning the new 2013 Ford C-MAX Hybrid. After viewing the vehicle at the dealership, and after a great deal of arm twisting, Mr. Goodson inquiries concerning the new 2013 Ford C-MAX Hybrid. After viewing the vehicle at the dealership, and after a great deal of arm twisting, Mr. Goodson finally agreed to let me purchase the Ford C-MAX. Because of the popularity of this new Ford product, Mr. Goodson realized that he could not immediately provide me with the a C-MAX in the color I had initially requested ( BLK on BLK ). After agreeing on an alternative color (red), he proceeded to attempt to locate a red 2013 Ford C-MAX. After finally finding a red 2013 C-MAX ( in Indiana ) we both thought that the sale could finally proceed. NO SUCH LUCK!!! For some reason there was a problem with getting the C-MAX from Indiana to Saint Louis ( back to square ONE! ) I immediately demanded that Mr. Goodson personally travel near and far ( never to return ) until I got the C-MAX ( in BLACK ) that I wanted. After a great deal of soul searching I repented and simply allowed him to sit at his desk to find me "MY CAR - IN BLACK." To make a long story short; on March 29, 2013 I will drive off the Bommarito Ford Dealership lot in my new 2013 Ford C-MAX ( courtesy of one over-worked internet salesman who really earned his salary trying to satisfy this very demanding auto buyer. There were other "issues" that came up during my auto buying experience at Bommarito Ford ( like Mr. Goodson's constant insistence that I have a cup of coffee with him ), but those issues are not worth mentioning. The moral of this experience is this; I got the car that I wanted, at a price I could afford, and unfortunately for Mr. Goodson I didn't have to drink any coffee with him. So all is well with the world!!! More

Bommarito Ford made my first car buying experience a breeze. Our salesman Dan Bagy made sure we got the best deal possible by finding an extra rebate and fighting for our trade-in value. Going in I expected to have to haggle over everything or get caught by some loophole in the add I came in for, but it was the exact opposite. The add price was great and I got what I hoped for my trade. I am very happy with the deal I got, and I would definitely recommend this dealer. More
