My wife and I are getting ready to have our first child and needed to purchase a midsize sedan to have ample room with the baby car seat. We were not hounded by salesman when we were looking at different cars on the lot. After narrowing it down we went inside the sales room and Don came over and introduced himself. He allowed us to tell him exactly what we were looking for and then he showed us cars we were interested in. We were able to put our car seat in the back of every sedan we looked at to make sure it fit and left enough room to not have to adjust the front seats. Don was always upfront and honest about the dealership ad from the paper and how the pricing worked. He was patient with us as we discussed different options and pricing. We ended up getting the 2013 Ford Fusion and are very excited. I would recommend Bommarito Ford to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle. The staff was polite and helped us through the entire process. They never tried to sell me more car than I wanted and didn't try to push me on upgrades I did not want. THANKS DON CALVIN!!!!!! More

I was greeted by Nathan as I exited my car and he was immediately, friendly and helpful. Listening to what I was interested in seeing and taking me to the Cmax cars and hybrids. When after looking at a few models, I asked if there were any specials for Presidents Day and he looked up on line and found me an internet price on a car that was almost $5000 cheaper than the other cars in the lot. Let me assure you that I was not planning on buying a car yesterday, I was planning on looking at other dealerships before buying. Let me tell you that I am a small women and many times if by myself, I am not always treated with the most respect. My husband, Nathan, saw an ad for a 2013 Ford Taurus and wanted to look at it. We stopped by and drove the one advertised. We weren't even intending to buy a new car until later this year. Brad Clanney was kind enough to sit with us and figure out what rebates applied and what the sale price would be. It was $1500 less than the Ford employee plan would be! We put a small deposit down and went home to talk about it. I am happy to say that I drove that beautiful Flex home the next week! We were also very impressed with the service plan and the "extras" they included. Awesome people, service and selection. We have dealt with Brad Clanney before and will deal with him again in the future. He is always kind and makes us feel welcome. Thank you Bommarito Ford and Brad Clanney! More
Steve was very friendly but not pushy. We told him what car we wanted and he showed options to us and we worked from there. It did take quite a while, finances, paperwork and everything but all in all it was a very easy procedure. Bernie met us at the door and made us feel welcome. He took us to the lot to show us the Ford Escapes that we asked to see. Bernie offered coffee and snacks while we were there. He did the paper work in record time. Also, he had a nice smile and friendly attitude throughout the time we were there. He managed to get the payments down to where I wanted them. We then went to speak with Chris, who explained the finances and deals thoroughly. He, also, was very friendly and courteous. We drove over 200 miles to purchase this car and with the large selection and friendly people we dealt with, it was worth the drive. I will recommend Bommarito's to all my family and friends. More
Brad at Bommarito was fantastic. Once we committed we got the ball rolling and in no time we on our way out with a new 2013 Focus in hand. Brad is a really nice, down to earth person that made the process easy. It's what you always want when you go to a dealership. Let's face it, getting rushed can be a deterrent; but it did not happen in this case. He made sure to give us room and time to make sure we were certain what we wanted to do. I'll see you in a few years Brad...hope you're still there when I come back :) 6-22-2016 - Just one update since purchasing the 2012 Focus. When I traded in my Focus at another dealership (2/2016), I knew that I had a 3-year additional warranty that was not used. I was charged $2499 for it. I went up with the appropriate paperwork to see about the refund of the original fee. I was told by the finance manager that it would be pro-rated. I then received a check about 8-9 weeks later for around $977 - not even half of the original amount. I did receive the form of why the refund was so low (after I has to request it)...I still have the letter on file and had it reviewed by an accountant. I decided not to go any further as I wanted them out of my hair. I'm glad it's over. I feel that I took a beating from all of this. Please keep in mind, the original salesman, Brad, has nothing to do with any of this. He was really the main reason we did this in the first place. More
