The lot was very organized and there was not one employee who wasn"t willing to help. The biggest selection of Ford Vehicles I had seen in the St. Louis area. The waiting area was very clean and there were lots of commodities for it's customers. We couldn't have asked for better service...we drove 3 hours to look at new cars because Bommarito Ford was $4,000 cheaper than anyone in Southern Illinois/Indiana and bought one after driving the first v hours to look at new cars because Bommarito Ford was $4,000 cheaper than anyone in Southern Illinois/Indiana and bought one after driving the first vehicle. We walked in and immediately got waited on, test drove a car, came back signed paper work and was out in less than 2 hours. The salesman was very friendly, not pushy like most can be. Staff catered to our 2 kids by giving them ice cream and drinks. Highly, highly recommend Bommarito Ford. More

What a great experience!! I went in knowing exactly what I wanted & Jim delivered! He never tried to push anything on me that I didn't want & he was very accomodating with everything I did want. My mechanic wasn't able to see the car one evening so Jim & his manager worked it out so that I could keep the Jeep overnight & get it into the shop first thing in the morning. When I returned the Jeep I let Jim know that I didn't have much time so he left out all the unnecessary banter & got right to the sale without being over-bearing or pushy. I had an amazing experience & got the car I loved at a price I loved. Its a shame that car salesmen have a bad reputation but its plain to see that Bommarito goes out of their way to make sure that their staff doesn't fall into the normal stereotype. You'll definitely get first chance at my business the next time I need a car! More

Jim Lodes was a pleasure to deal with.I was worried that we might have problems, as my boyfriend can be quite a hot head,but I got the deal as promised on the phone. Found the vehicle I wanted on the internet and negoiated a deal with a trade in. Process was easy and sales personnel were easy to work with. They offer a 3-year, 36,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty on a used vehicle for about $2000. If you dont use the warranty after the time/mileage limit you get 100% of the money back. Very pleased with this buying experience and would recommend Bommarito. More
