Steve really went out of his way to give me a great customer experience. I had to stop by in the evening due to my work schedule, and he ended up staying late. When I came in, he had the car cleaned and polished and took the time to go over some of the other features with me. That kind of service after the sale is really impressive. I came into your dealership a while back as I began to look for a new vehicle. Dan Bagy was extremely helpful in getting me thinking about what I wanted. In the meantime, I was contacted by a gentleman from Dave Sinclair Ford. We corresponded via email and phone multiple times as I explained exactly what I was looking for and made plans to visit his showroom to make my final purchase. I scheduled an appointment to meet this gentleman and drove the 30 minutes to the dealership. Upon arrival I was informed that the gentleman I spoke with was only an internet salesman and I would not be meeting with him but with another salesman. Upon introduction the new salesman drove me via golf cart to the area on the lot where the Explorers were kept. He looked at me and asked "So, do you know what you are looking for? Do you want leather or cloth seats?" I was immediately angry! All of the time spent with this other salesman was for nothing as NONE of the information collected was conveyed to the salesman in the showroom. I immediatley asked him to take me back to my car and I left. I went straight to Bommarito Ford and Dan Bagy (where I should have gone before). I confessed my sins to Dan :) Explained what had just happened and he said, "OK, lets get moving and find you a new Explorer". I left 2 hours later with a new Explorer. Dan was fabulous and I would work with him again in a minute. Thanks Dan! More
