I've purchased several new cars before none of which have been Fords since I've had bad experiances with Ford in the past. I was also impressed by how knowledagble and friendly my sales rep Matt Goodson was, he gave me a complete overview of the features of my new 2013 Escape and could answer any questions I had without even thinking about it. I was also amazed by how clean and nice the dealership was, not just inside of the dealership but also the lot too, and all the cars were clean. So many times when I've went to other dealers the cars wer'nt even clean and they did not have much of a selcetion of cars to choose from let alone the car I was looking for. I would recommend this dealship and salesman Matt Goodson to anyone looking to by a new car. It was such an awesome experiance! More

Jim Lodes was totally courteous & professional. When I arrived at the lot he was very helpful from the beginning. I was looking for a particular car they has advestised in the paper. Excellent service! Great Deal! Friendly Staff! We researched the vehicle we wanted on the internet for over 6 months. I called Bommarito the morning of purchase to assure the truck was still on the lot as we live over a hour away on the Illinois side of the river. I spoke to Mr. Lodes who confirmed the truck was available. When we arrived at the dealership, Mr. Lodes greeted us by name without introduction and had the truck ready for us to view/test drive. He was ready to answer any and all of our questions about the vehicle and gave us a great deal on our purchase. Bommarito staff was friendly and courteous while we waited for our paperwork to process and while we waited for a final go over of the truck from the service department. On my first visit, Steve was outside within a few short minutes of arriving on the lot. There was no pressure to buy right away, as I had explained my situation with a recent wreck and I was just looking minutes of arriving on the lot.
