This was my second purchase from Bommarito and have had good results with them. They would have received a 5 from me but after 4 hours of my time agreeing to a deal, when I went back to pick up the car the good results with them. By far the best sales experience we've had yet. Between the two of us we buy a new vehicle at least every other year, if not sooner (this is our third in 1.5 years). We were not pressured at all and the negotiation process was fair, not insulting like previous experiences. Matt joked around with us and didn't act annoyed at all, even when we were giving him a hard time. The finance guy was also great. He didn't try to guilt us or force us in to buying anything extra, and was more than willing to go with who we said we wanted to finance through. The entire process was much faster than anything we've experienced before either. We were out of there in less than two hours. Delivery of our vehicle was also a more pleasant experience than past times. Matt took the time to show us how everything worked and even synced both of our phones for us. Matt also called us the next day to check in and make sure we were happy with our new vehicle and asked if we had any additional questions. I highly recommend this dealer to anyone wanting a new Ford. If we decide on a Ford for our next vehicle we will definitely return, and if not we will definitely go to another Bommarito location. This was my best experience yet at any dealership when buying a new car and I purchase a new vehicle every 2 years due to the high miles I drive. In the past purchasing a vehicle has been an all day event, mostly sitting in the dealership waiting for some other department to finish their step in the process. At Bommmarito Ford, my husband and I went in, met with Steve Nodiff, our sales person, he gave us the keys to the vehicle we were interested in and we went for a drive. When we returned, he had our trade-in vehicle processed, he and the finance rep worked together to get all paperwork completed and we were on our way in our new 2012 Ford Escape in less than 2 hours. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. Their teamwork was the key to getting us in an out as soon as possible.
