I can't say enough good things about this experience. I went in looking for a Ford escape, and Sergey did everything he could to get me a good deal, but couldn't that day. Well the very next week Sergey Called me they had a car come in that he thought I would like and it would work with my Budget. I was in drove it and signed the papers and was out the door and home with in 2 hours. He was a great Salesman and I would reccomend him to everyone I know, and the dealership has been great since I bought the 2009 Escape.
