I talked with Nathan at the January Auto Show. I was looking for a Ford Fusion with a manual transmission but not having much luck. Other dealers had promised to find me one but I was doing most of the looking for a Ford Fusion with a manual transmission but not having much luck. He was very helpful and kept in touch during the search. Through a stroke of luck, he called me to tell me my new car was ready the same day I privately sold my old one. Our experience at the dealership was also very good. Dan, Tom and the rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful while we took care of the paperwork. I found Dan Bagy to be very helpful, personable, knowledgable, and a man of his word. The entire staff at Bommarito Ford (Hazelwood, MO) are a far cry from the infamous pushy or annoying sales staf knowledgable, and a man of his word. We gave him our price range, and Dan never strayed from that range which I found to be very respectful. After a stressful day of dissapointing shopping at OTHER places and going to 2 seperate dealers, only to find out the car we had picked out and setup appointments for were sold by the time we got there. In sharp contrast, it only took Dan 2 minutes to find out that he had exactly the car we were looking for (and knew where the keys were) at a very reasonable price point. I found the entire purchasing process at Bommarito Ford to be very polished and Dan instrumental in making a notoriously painful ordeal a quick, painless, and honestly an enjoyable experience. Our new purchase was even filled up with gasoline and washed before taking it home. Additionally, we were offered a very reasonable value for our trade in and even went the extra mile to ensure that the car we were purchasing from them met with our level satisfaction even considering my own possible borderline OCD pickiness :) In conclusion, I would say the only problem is they loaned us a car while our new purchase was getting detailed up (THANK YOU DAN!!!!) and it's WAY nicer than the one we purchased, now we find ourselves wanting the nicer one!!! I would truly say that I could not be more satisfied with the overall experience and the staff made a great end to a painful day. First learned of dealership thru AutoTrader.com and listed a new vehicle I was interested in.
