This (vehicle) purchase was my fifth in the last 15yrs so I am no stranger to dealerships. I typically feel like I have to have my facts straight and my game face on before dealing with sales agents at the d I am no stranger to dealerships. This time around I got most of the information I needed from the internet rather than get it from the dealerships themselves, but it soon came time to get price quotes. I used the internet in this regard as well, but, in the end, I was getting the run-around from several dealership internet sales manager as if I was there in person anyway. I gave the exact same simple request to every dealership I had contacted basically stating "best final price & APR's." Somehow this request was turned into a game by several dealerships, until, I got my first response from Sergey Gilgof of Bommarito Ford. He gave me, thus far, the best price and included APR's and that was it. THAT'S ALL I ASKED FOR! Sergey was the first to get it right. Needless to say I contacted Sergey and set up time to pay a visit. While enroute, I remembered past experiences with other dealerships and I assumed the same from this one as well. I was wrong. Sergey Gilgof was my sales agent and as we made introductions I absolutely felt no need to know facts and no need for any game face. Segey was warm, welcoming, polite, knowledged, and most of all genuine. A trait most auto dealers seem to have forgotten. Sergey answered all my questions on not only the vehicle I was intending to purchase but also on vehicles he knew I had no intention of buying. I never once felt pressured or rushed to make any decisions. Sergey did an absolute phenomenal job! He is certainly the reason I would most likely start at Bommarito Ford the next time I look for a vehicle. I would definitely recommend Bommarito Ford to my friends and family. Thanks Sergey! More

Dan was great, good guy and very attentive. Gave the baby an icecream and was patient when she was running around. Our used truck was purchased with an expired emission and safety test so it was an unnecessary pain that I didn't need as a working mom. Plus it was missing the jack and the front license plate mounting bracket. They made everything right, but it was two half days I had to miss work to get the extra work done. More

I would not have ever bought from Bommarito because he has so many foreign car dealerships but the two main reasons 1. Terry Watkins 2. The ad Mr. Bommarito ran when Dave Sinclair had passed away. Terry went above and beyond on the sale of the Expedition we bought. I came in with my 3 small children (5,2 & 1) and Terry had no problems with them there....he even offered to hold the baby so that I could we bought.
