I went in not sure which model I was looking for and he was very patient allowing my wife and I to test drive several different models until we found the one that suited us best. Then he patiently listened to our concerns and gave helpful advice when it was asked. He was not pushy and we didn't feel rushed or that we were a burden, though we spent hours that day.
