I got a car thanks to myself and the internet. I did the research and asked about the vehicle I found d online. The sales rep didnt have any idea about the add I was talking about. He had to find the add and only then offered the vehicle at the price I found. He made it seem like he was trying to cut me some deal when in reality i did all the research myself. I asked if I could come in at a certain time to buy the car and he acted like it was a burden because of other appointments he had. I told him I was prepared to pay cash and was wondering what we could work out if I paid cash outright that day. He did nothing at all. I asked what kind of military rates he had being that I am a service disabled veteran. He said he would only be able to give me $100 off he administration fee. Fine. He walked in some back office to talk to someone with a glass wall laughing and joking with whoever he was talking to making me feel as though he was making fun of me paying what I was for this car. He hasnt done anyhing to help me to this point whatever, I gave up and just took the car because I needed it. While test driving it a piece of trim was litterally flapping in the wind, to which I had to stop and snap back in place. The bumper still looks like it's not totally tight. He walked me out to give me my keys and see me off. He then noticed a piece of trim was hanging off near the window. He simply said "you can just glue it when you get home." Over all I did all the research myself and felt like he was not at all on my side. If i wasnt in such a dire need for a car i would not have been as willing to overlook such carelessness. More
