Always satisfied with Honda and Bommarito On July 27th, we purchased our fourth Honda and second one from Bommarito Honda. We've previously owned a Civic and a CR-V, and now we're driving a On July 27th, we purchased our fourth Honda and second one from Bommarito Honda. We've previously owned a Civic and a CR-V, and now we're driving a Pilot and a 2018 Accord, our new addition. We always review safety and maintenance ratings and watch for good pricing opportunities. The Honda brands and the Bommarito service reviews are always top notch. Our recent car shopping experience at Bommarito could not have been nicer. We walked in on a Friday afternoon already knowing we wanted a 2018 Accord or CR-V but planning to just test drive each model. Primarily due to the excellent sales experience with Randy Borth, we drove out later that evening with the exact model and style of Accord that we wanted. Randy succinctly went over the features of both models and found cars on the lot with the exact features we wanted for our test drives. Because we were return customers, he saved us a lot of time and effort by retrieving our customer information from Bommarito's files. He even stayed a few hours later than scheduled to process our trade-in car and then help the Service Dept. get the new car prepared for delivery to us that evening. Finally, to get us successfully and safely on our way, he went over again several of the technical features on the car that were new to us. Randy was very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, courteous, and very personable. Hope he's still at Bommarito Honda in about 10 years when we come back to trade in our 2012 Pilot. Our experience with Jason Galeski in Finance was also superior. After displaying our customer information, he immediately reminded us that he had worked with us on the purchase of our Pilot several years previous. Lots of paperwork was completed in a very short time with precise answers to our questions. More

They Went to bat for us!! When we first met with Sean, from the start he was kind, down to earth and more than a salesman. We were looking on a Saturday to get a used vehicle. When we first met with Sean, from the start he was kind, down to earth and more than a salesman. We were looking on a Saturday to get a used vehicle. The 2005 Mazda m5 caught our eye, we test drove it, and loved it. Only worry we had was the squeaking suspension. Right away Sean talked about his own experiences with cars like that, which showed that he cared. We could not get the financing though for that vehicle. Sean though did not give up on us, rather he went to bat for us. He spoke to Micheal Minner ( Finance), who was incredibly kind and helpful. He was our second heavy hitter, not only putting in requests for financing but actually calling the banks in our behalf! We ended up getting approved for a 2015 Honda Civic! Better mileage, nice size for a 4 door Sedan,safe suspension vs previous honda model years, and a overall better vehicle. Do not hesitate to go see Sean he will take good care of you!! More

I contacted Mr. Hall expressing interest in a vehicle and we made an appointment to see it. This was a second vehicle, not a high ticket item but Mr. Hall treated me as if I were buying something for !00 grand. A list of things was made that needed attention. The contract was written up and I returned when the items on the list were attended to. A pass off to F&I and the deal was done. On our second visit he was thoroughly prepared with previous information requested, he provided professional customer service, was thoroughly organized, answered all questions and did not waste time in providing what we needed to complete the sale of a lease buy out and purchase of a new vehicle. Great experience in salesman (Jeff Dales) having all the paperwork prepared and ready for signature. This action truly saves a bunch of time! Thanks Jeff. He was never pushy in trying to sell and met our requests and needs perfectly. The office has a great atmosphere and we hardly had time to grab a free ice cream because that is just how short of time we spent processing and completing our transactions due to Jeff being completely prepared.
