He never pressured us into any choices and only offered experienced opinion when we asked. Price negotiation was highly respectful without any cheap tricks or lowballing. We did our homework and knew what was a reasonable price range and we converged on a deal very quickly. Randy made sure we didn't feel rushed or uncomfortable with our decision. Overall, everyone at the dealership was very courteous, professional, and pleasant. Clean modern facilities with complimentary drinks, fruits, and ice-cream. I bought a dozen of cars in my life and this was the easiest experience of all. Strongly recommend. More

He was very straight forward with me. Most sales guys get a bad rap about being slick but not this guy. Everything he said he could do he did. Randy thoroughly explained the differences we would see from our previous Accord to the new one we were considering. The test drive (and Randy accommodated a second, unaccompanied, test drive) was an opportunity to experience some of the differences he described. We would recommend Bommarito and Randy very easily. Nice place and great service Our sales representative was very courteous and helpful and we love our new Honda Pilot. My only complaint is in regards to the advertised sale price Our sales representative was very courteous and helpful and we love our new Honda Pilot. My only complaint is in regards to the advertised sale price vs the actual sale price. The sale promotion was displayed on your website as the total price (sticker + delivery) - discount = sale price. However, our final sale price did not match up correctly, but was instead $975 higher than expected. After looking at all the calculations on the Buyer's Order I noticed the 'Discount' was never directly noted and also that the delivery charge was added twice, once in the original total price and again after the 'sale price'. The discrepancy was described to me as the delivery charge being included in the discount total, which basically means it was added to the original total price, then subtracted as part of the discount, then re-added in the final sale price. So maybe that explains why we did not receive the advertised discount, but it's very confusing and in my opinion misleading. Other than that we were very happy with the entire process, everything was handled in a very efficient and professional manner. Thanks again Randy for the pleasant experience. More
