Great experience. Thank you Chris. We were in the market for a SUV and wanted to look at the Audi Q5, Toyota Highlander, Honda Pilot, and Ford Explorer. We started out at an Audi dealer We were in the market for a SUV and wanted to look at the Audi Q5, Toyota Highlander, Honda Pilot, and Ford Explorer. We started out at an Audi dealership as my husband was set on the Q5, unfortunately for them, the salesman wouldn't listen to our wants/needs, threw vehicles at us, then proceeded to leave us mid-shopping! We were dressed way down and brought our littles with us so I felt like maybe he felt like we "couldn't" afford it or that our credit wouldn't cut it, bad choice on his end! Needless to say, we left and continued our journey at Bommarito Honda. Chris Brown greeted us, he instantly showed interest in what we wanted! He made us feel very comfortable in our search, listened to our wants and made sure to show us everything that we wanted. I bounced from car to car and he was there (patiently) every step of the way. My husband was set on the Honda Pilot soon after but my anxiety got the best of me and I wanted to go to look at all the cars on our list but didn't want to go through the hassle of meeting a new salesman. Chris Brown went with us to look at all the vehicles I wanted. I instantly turned down every car after that and he showed no annoyance but only showed patience and understanding. Once we returned to the Honda dealership, I again bounced from the Pilot to the Odessey, to the HR-V, then back to the Pilot. All the meanwhile Chris was there with a smile on his face while I felt NO pressure at all!! We ended up with the 1st car we looked at, Honda Pilot. Jason, (finance...sorry I can't remember last name!). was great as well. He answered all my questions and made it a hassle free experience. After the final sale was made, Chris could have gone about his business and rush us out so he could go on to the next sale BUT he didn't. Chris made us feel like we were of utmost importance until the very end! I will definitely be referring Chris Brown, Jason, and Bommarito Honda to friends and co-workers. She was very responsive to the few questions I had so I set up an appointment to see the car the next morning. When I arrived that next morning Anna introduced me to Walter, my salesman. He could tell I came to the dealership with a decision already made and promptly got the ball rolling. Jim walked me through the financial paperwork, answering all my questions along the way. When the paperwork was finished, I had a few remaining questions. The technology in these new cars is getting pretty advanced. Walter answered all those as he walked me around and introduced me to my car. Overall, from walking in the door to driving off the lot, it took just over 2 hours. I am very satisfied with the friendliness and professionalism I experienced at Bommarito Honda. I would recommend them to anyone searching for a new car. More
