Great Customer Service I totaled my car about a month ago and decided that instead of leasing a car or buying new I was going to look at used vehicles. I was not sure what I wanted at all as far as type of car, how old, etc. but Bill Cross helped me look at a variety of vehicles that fit my needs. He listened to me which has not always been my experience when looking at cars and showed me different options according to what I said I was needing out of my car. He provided such an enjoyable experience during a really stressful time in my life which is exactly what I needed. Bill was an amazing help to me and I will recommend him to anybody I know who is needing a car because I know when they visit him they will feel as if they are a valued customer who is being heard and will walk away with a car that fits their needs, budget and wants! 5 out of 5 stars for Bill Cross and the other employees I had to deal with!
