We've been to the Honda, Volkswagen, and Ford branches and all are staffed by friendly staff. They're clean, the waiting area is comfortable, refreshments provided, service quotes are very fair. This was our first purchase from Randy and he clearly is familiar with what he sells and did not try to guide us to something other than what we wanted. He made sure to explain default options and offered to help change anything we wanted to change. He also spent a fair amount of time going over all important systems before we drove away so we didn't have to fiddle with anything later. Much appreciated! More
