Simple and relaxed sales process My wife and I worked with Randy Borth in purchasing a new 2017 Honda CR-V AWD. He showed us the EX and EX-L trim levels and explained to us clearly wh My wife and I worked with Randy Borth in purchasing a new 2017 Honda CR-V AWD. He showed us the EX and EX-L trim levels and explained to us clearly what each entailed. When we made our decision to go with the less expensive EX (which has amazing amount of options) he immediately set to work to get the color we wanted. The transition to the Finance Manager Jason Galeski was seamless, and Jason was able to shop a great rate for our loan and kept us in the payment range which we wanted, even with an extended warranty. When the sale was final, Randy took the time to go through all the cool bells and whistles on the CR-V (quite a bit has changed with car technology since my 2004 Mazda3). He made sure I understood how everything worked, helped me pair my phone with the car, and offered to go over any of it again with me in the future if I had any questions. This is the first new car my family has purchased, and to be honest, I was a bit nervous about the process. But Randy was great. We came away feeling like we got a good deal; our questions, opinions, wants, and needs were listened to and respected; and that we were valued as customers. More

They were able to secure the color I wanted (there are really no other options on the Si except "summer tires." And it was free of all the "add-ons" that many dealers place to boost cost (and profit). I recently visited the service department for an oil change and also a misplaced fob.
