Professional, Helpful And Proficient This was our third visit for leasing a CRV at Bommarito Honda. First visit several years ago we had a trade in vehicle....the past 2 visits we traded This was our third visit for leasing a CRV at Bommarito Honda. First visit several years ago we had a trade in vehicle....the past 2 visits we traded in our leased vehicles for a newer model. We have been treated with respect, attention to our questions and answers obtained if Jeff Dales our sales person didn't have the answer. Everyone at the facility, tho extremely busy, on our last visit....were pleasant and helpful. Jeff knew we were coming that day...he welcomed us as we walked in to explain to us he had a couple of customers working on their purchases and he would be with us shortly. Offered the concession options that were available. Checked back with us and started our process while handling his previous customers thru their purchases. We walked in the showroom doors at approximately 3:10pm and walked to our new vehicle after our process was completed in an amazingly quick time at 5:35pm Now that is what I call and refer to as expedient customer service with a knowledgeable smile! Best car buying experience yet. I have purchased nine new cars in my lifetime through nine different dealerships. This has been my best experience yet. Requested a price quote throu I have purchased nine new cars in my lifetime through nine different dealerships. This has been my best experience yet. Requested a price quote through Cars.com and promptly received what I feel to be a reasonable No haggle type price. Sue even found the exact model we were looking for and was able to put a hold on it. When the vehicle arrived we were in and out of the dealership within a few hours and Jason set up our financing with minimal effort and no high pressure tactis for add ons. . The vehicle was perfect in my pre delivery inspection. Sue took time to go over most of the features of the vehicle and we were on our way. I drove past two other Honda dealers to get this specific car and I'm glad I did. Let's hope their service department is as good as their sales. Very happy so far. More

From the moment we pulled up to the dealership, I knew, we had found the place I wanted to buy my next car. Everyone or the Team throughout the dealership made me feel good from the moment we arrived. Denni Olson , our Sales Consultant, went the extra mile in every way. I couldn't be happier. The parts Dept was als friendly, as I needed new batteries for my other vehicles key fobs and they replaced both batteries for me in a couple of minutes. The service manager, Steve Thompson, came to talk to us and the Finace Dept Finance Specialist, Jim F., was awesome too. I would recommend Bommarito to everyone I know.
