Only frustration I had was I had to reprogram some systems and reset some interior list switches as a result of the service. A friendly reminder that the work on the tires and the battery might require me to reset certain items would have been nice. At first I thought everything was really messed up. Eventually my 70+ year old brain kicked in and I was able to reset everything by following all the steps in the owners manual. WTD More

Great used car experience! I found the car, a 2012 Acura TL, on line. It was one of the best deals for any upper-end sedan. I worked with Michael Minner, the pre-owned internet I found the car, a 2012 Acura TL, on line. It was one of the best deals for any upper-end sedan. I worked with Michael Minner, the pre-owned internet sales manager. Very easy-going, friendly, low-key. We were able to take a test drive right away. I was so impressed that I was ready to buy. I had already checked out the car's history, etc. We haggled a bit. There was no pressure. I got a reasonable trade-in. Since I hadn't thought I would buy, I had to move some bank funds, Michael looked up a branch nearby. They made it very smooth. We wrapped up the entire deal in a couple of hours. They even gave us some nice bags to transfer my old car's belongings to the Acura. We drove home in the "new" car! A few days later, I noticed a squeak that only starts making noise after 20 minutes of driving. I called Michael. I brought it into the service department, and they fixed it. Again, no sweat, and no charge. I would highly recommend Michael and Bommarito Honda. More

Amazing start to finish. Came in to test drive 2 vehicles on our list to replace our current vehicle. Dennis Olson greeted us and got us started. We had already driven several other vehicles that we were choosing from. My wife knew that the 2017 CRV was the one when she drove it. Now it was just a matter of finding the one with the right color and options. Incredibly enough, they had exactly what we wanted on the lot. It had just been unloaded off the truck the day before and hadn't even been added to the inventory yet. We saw it on the lot and Dennis and the rest of the sales and finance group made the deal happen. We have been extremely pleased with the service we've received in the past from Bommarito VW so it was a pleasure to purchase this vehicle from another Bommarito location and to keep our business "in the family". Driving home 2017 Honda Accord LX in 30 minutes I was about to purchase 2017 Accord LX from a dealership (other than Bommarito), but decided to give call to Bommarito, to see what quote can I get. I was about to purchase 2017 Accord LX from a dealership (other than Bommarito), but decided to give call to Bommarito, to see what quote can I get. My call got directed to sales. I got in touch with Jeff Dales, I told him about my requirements and the price range I think was good for the car. Jeff said Bommarito would be able to entertain my request and quoted me competitive price for the car. I went to the dealership with my wife, and within 30 minutes we had a deal, with the price tag which I think is the lowest in the whole of St. Louis and nearby counties. We started filling out the form for buying the car, and gave out our details and within 30-35 minutes, we were driving home back in new 2017 Accord LX. Jeff, went above and beyond to make sure we knew about all the features of the car. Also helped in connecting my phone with car bluetooth. In my eyes, Bommarito is the leader among other dealerships. Being a leader, comes with great responsibility, I hope Bommarito keeps serving their customers in impeccable fashion, thus holding their position as leader amongst other dealerships. In order to serve better to the customers and community, Bommarito should entertain the complimentary services at their West County location in Manchester, so consumers (of Chesterfield and nearby location) do not have to go through the drive.
